Classic Milk Tea | Yield: 1 Gallon

Ingredients

  • 16 Cups - Filtered Water
  • 40 Grams - Osmanthus Black Tea
  • 2 Grams - Instant Coffee OR 2 Ounces Espresso
  • 106 Grams - Natural Cane Sugar
  • 140 Grams - Medium Brown Sugar
  • 448 Grams - Nondairy Creamer Powder

Instructions

  1. Bring 16 Cups Filtered Water to boil and add 40 Grams Osmanthus Black Tea. Allow to steep for 30 mins.
  2. Combine cane sugar, brown sugar, nondairy powder, and instant coffee inside 1 gallon pitcher.
  3. Strain tea thoroughly and add to pitcher, stirring briskly with a whisk until all ingredients are completely dissolved into the tea.
  4. Refrigerate until chilled, approximately 4 hours.
